There are some 3 million cybersecurity jobs open around the world - half a million of them in the U.S. and that number is only rising. Nearly a third of those surveyed said they didn't have enough skills to deal with analysis, application security and issues of cyber-security. The gap could be due to lack of skills and lack of understanding of the threat posed by cyber-threats.
