Hey Hackers! I’m Davit and I’m the Lead Industrial Designer @ Robomart and Mechanical Design Engineer @ AlphaTek Automation.

First of all, I’d like to say a huge thank you to the HackerNoon community for recognizing me as the winner of HackerNoon Contributor of the Year - WORK for 2021.

HackerNoon Reporter: What does it mean for you to win this title?

First of all, it shows that my knowledge and thought have been helpful to many.

How do you or your company intend to embrace the responsibility of this title in 2022?

It's exciting and motivates me to keep sharing the topics that I think are the most important and valuable.

What are some of the goals you’re looking forward to accomplishing in 2022 (whether it be through company initiatives or your personal journey)?

For this year, my personal growth is the primary goal (as always). This, I think, should be the constant goal of everyone.

As you look at the variety of concerning trends in the world around you, what solutions can you think of? Name three trends and three solutions. Be as brief or as detailed as you like.

  1. Mess about crypto, NFT, and the metaverse.

Do nothing without knowledge. Take your time and learn a lot about it. Since we can't get away from it, because it is already a part of our life and will be it for a long time.

  2. Remote work or work from home.

It's not for everyone. Many people were not ready for this change, and their effectiveness dropped dramatically.

After such global events in the world, remote work will no longer be something unusual and may become a common mode of operation. In order to adapt to this new reality, we must train some important personal qualities:

    • Self-Discipline

    • Great Organizational Habits

    • Adaptable and Flexible Nature

  3. Energy accumulation.

I see that the bottleneck is the accumulation of energy.

We know effective and almost eternal methods of obtaining energy from the sun, water, and wind.

I'm not a specialist and can't suggest the solution, but a new way of accumulation can be the next boom in technology.

After participating in this journey, is there anything that you would like the HackerNoon team to know?

Many thanks HackerNoon! It is an excellent platform for knowledge and idea exchange.

What is something special about you or your company that you’ve rarely had the chance to properly share but really wanted to? (Give this one a proper think, I’ll know if you didn’t!)

I will dedicate a separate article to this 😁

What song or music album are you currently enjoying?

I change genres and artists very often. At this point, I would say Imagine Dragons.

What are some concepts you wish people knew more about?

Never wait for someone to do something for you.

Nobody owes you anything.

You are the only one responsible for your life.

Accepting this is the only way to achieve anything and find out how strong you really are.

Thank you for everything that you do! – HackerNoon Team.

P.S. If you enjoy getting interviewed (AKA, the ol’ intellectual stimulation, check out some more interviews here!)
