For next year, I'd vote for the classic emo bands lol give me a show with Blink 182, Simple Plan, My Chemical Romance!

Mónica Freitas, I saw it yesterday to see what's all the fuss was about. So, don't kill me, but I didn't like it 😂 The halftime show has so much hype, and for me, this year didn't make justice to the other years. Sure, it was nostalgic, but there was bad playback and a lack of energy. I was expecting more.

Mónica Freitas, but in the end, I'm not a huge fan, so what do I know, hahaha!

Sara Pinto, I get what you mean. Could it be because it's not your type of music? The best moments for me were when Eminem and Kendric stepped on the stage. But they played classics, so I was vibing. 50 Cent was a bit underwhelming, though.

Sara Pinto, what was your favorite halftime show ever?

Mónica Freitas, it might be. It still gave me a little nostalgia, but as you said, 50 Cent seemed weary, and so did Mary J. I did like Kendrick's part a lot, and the end with the piano was pretty cool.

Mónica Freitas, oof, having a favorite halftime show means that I actually pay attention to them hahaha I'm a huge Shakira fan, so I'll go with the one with her and JLo.

Sara Pinto, same, and Snoop didn't surprise or disappoint. It was simple there, if that makes sense (my opinion, of course).

Sara Pinto, ah, that one was great! Shakira killed it! I also really like Beyonce's show. Both of them.

Sara Pinto, another show with a lot of hype was The Weekend, but I felt it was underwhelming. I lost him in the middle of the dancers and effects.

Mónica Freitas, totally agree with you about Snoop, but the thing about him is that he is naturally cool and can just do his thing, haha!

Mónica Freitas, the truth is that it won't always be to everyone's liking. But there's a lot of hype, and I think they try to do the most to match the high expectations.

Sara Pinto, is also one of the most anticipated shows, with a lot of money on the line. Independently on the artist, what matters is that the result gets people talking. Much like the commercials. An appearance in Superbowl can boost someone's brand and career.

Mónica Freitas, exactly! There's a lot of money involved, so they have to get people's attention. Whether it is through a show and its many props and dancers or some really famous group of people.
