TLDR
dAppcon and ETHBerlinZwei were two of the largest events of the week in Berlin. There were around 800 participants at both the conference and the hackathon. Vitalik Buterin, Vlad Zamfir, Joseph Lubin were among the biggest names in the industry. There was a lot of talk about various DAOs and their toolboxes, ETH 2.0 and DeFi. The only real problem was the no internet connection at the Technical University - there was no wifi, not mobile data.via the TL;DR App
