In this HackerNoon interview, we speak with Nazarii Hrechanyk, the creator behind Regata. Regata is an early-stage B2B lead activation layer designed to turn invisible demand into qualified leads by offering context-relevant value in real-time.
What does Regata do? And why is now the time for it to exist?
Regata is the lead activation layer for SMEs losing revenue on traffic they already paid for but never converted. We turn invisible demand into qualified leads by offering context-relevant value that adapts to the buyer context in real-time. Our product exists because we believe adaptive interfaces will define the next generation of B2B growth, and we want to help B2B companies reclaim 97% of lost inbound attention. Now’s a good time for Regata to exist because AI-driven models and agentic workflows finally make it possible to decode real-time buyer intent and personalize the discovery process without introducing human-led friction.
What is your traction to date? How many people does Regata reach?
~20k. We have 1 paying B2B client. They have around 20k monthly visitors on their website. Our solution tries to activate each of them.
Who does your Regata serve? What’s exciting about your users and customers?
SMEs that:
1) are Sales-led: demos, calls, human touch required to close
2) have 10k+ monthly active visitors on the website
3) have ACV 1,000$+
What technologies were used in the making of Regata? And why did you choose ones most essential to your tech stack?
Regata was built using Claude Code to rapidly iterate on and develop its core product. Leveraging an AI-driven coding assistant allowed the team to efficiently build complex adaptive interfaces while staying lean and hyper-focused on solving the core lead activation challenges for B2B SMEs.
What is the traction to date for Regata?
Regata has successfully deployed its lead activation tool for its first paying client, Lunar Strategy. By visiting the "Our Services" section of their landing page, users can experience Regata actively working to engage and adapt to the site's ~20,000 monthly visitors in real-time.
Regata scored a 46 proof of usefulness score (https://proofofusefulness.com/reports/regata)
What excites you about this Regata's potential usefulness?
Most B2B leaders believe that Inbound underperforms. But the reality is they are blind to most of it. Current websites were built for a slower era - one where humans tolerated friction and machines did not mediate discovery. In an agent-driven economy, intent is the only durable signal. Adaptive interfaces will define the next generation of B2B growth. Regata is built for that future.
