TLDR Since the start of the pandemic, 66% of children are spending time on screens - 60% spend more than 3 hours with screens. More than half think that their children may have gotten addicted to screens by the end of the COVID-19 pandemic. Too much screen time for small children and teens can leave a lasting impact. Children between the ages of 2 to 6 who use screens frequently have been shown to be more likely to develop emotional problems and suffer from family dysfunction.
