A Set of Pithy Tales And Swell Doggerel

Lets start here then. This is a science fiction comic featuring art that is both mine or stolen and that of generative AI. I hold copyrights on the artwork and text, but you are welcome to use either as you wish.

Toyboy

SharLin waited pensively while her toyboy was being repaired. She thought they certainly didn't work very long if you ran them hard. She giggled at her double entendre.

But the toyboys were after all the best of technology, unless you could afford a real boy like her sister owned. And he was the second boy she'd had in as many years too. Wherever did she get that kind of money. Um um um. Oh well.

SharLik was a good tech and SharLin's toyboy would be back up in no time. She laughed at her silly little pun. SharLin fancied herself to be quite clever and somewhat the wit. In reality this was just a something she imagined; the toyboys were programmed as sycophants with a penchant towards flattering their owners and she accepted their judgement as truth. SharLin was deep into the codependency syndrome. As a general rule toyboy afficianados had more money than wit or common sense, and SharLin was no exception.

“There, see. He blinked his eyes. Give him a chance to reboot and he’ll be good as new!”

SharLin was skeptical. After all, how good was good as new.

Toyboy however was possessed by the dreams of his own neuralytic circuits.

Burned Out, Burnt Doubt

Some summer storm's

Leaping licking lightning

Bolt blasted black

Fire fried fingers

Sad skeletal stretch

Screams silently

To a sullen sky.

Nut and Bolt

Dirt miners. That was what they were. That was all they had ever been. Barring a miracle that was all they would ever be.

Nut liked to compose esoteric verse about computer chips, and then he’d share them with Bolt.

after the crash

One, two, many

one too many

pops...

Silly silicon syndrome;

stack scattered, system shattered.

Bits of bytes,

certain symbols,

arcane artifacts,

and the occasional Hex character.

Now all we can find,

these remnants of a kind,

memories of a metallic mind.

Bolt on the other hand was built for cruder work and it was reflected in his attempts at poetry.

Thinking about you

I composed this haiku

I did it for you

thinking about you

I am wishing we could screw

I so lust for you

Nut and Bolt both had lustful circuit events about Asterix thier supervisory unit. This was by design.

Yet Asterix had eyes only for Bode, and that was not going to change.

Charna

Charna brought poppies in the spring

Yes Charna brought her everything

Charna's tunes made her heart sing

Without Charna there was nothing

Thinking of you in haiku

Here is a haiku

And I wrote it just for you

I'm alone and blue

Do you feel the same?

Am I alone at this game

Thinking about you?

Fat Man Blues

Your sister says

There's a fat man in your bedroom

And I, I can hear him groan...

Oh Carlita

How could you do this to me

When you said you'd be all alone

I want to know

Just what it is, what it is

That he's doin to make you moan

Chemistry

Oxidation and reduction

Fuel exothermic fire.

Balanced reactionHot flash, no ash;

Equation satisfaction.

you can’t say i didn’t cry

You can't say i didn try

but you only made me cry

so bye bye baby bye bye

Yeh it's easy to see

you don't give a damn for me

so best i let you be

Well I hope you found it entertaining, a short diversion from your ordinary sane world into the fevered delusions that accompany mine. As always Comments, Criticisms, and Suggestions are welcome. God Bless All!
