The team also made the decision to move its building team from the Unity Platform to Unreal Engine 5. This move required the developers to learn a completely new coding language and begin work on the Unreal engine.

Moonland launched several features over the past few months. These include a clear audio chat that allows participants to mute all members, and an interface to help connect links with individual photos without the photos not necessarily being NFTs. Another feature is the ability of administrators to provide admin access to other users without having their NFT key. 

Recent updates include a customizable avatar selection, an updated menu bar, a control display, several more customization options and features, as well as a wallet integration feature and a room lobby.

However, through its medium page, Moonland has promised more features in the Q1 2023.. These features include 3D NFT avatar integrations and in-store integration. There are also more partnerships to come. 

The Moonland team is persistent with its roadmap and has continued to build throughout the bear market. This continued building aims to package more metaverse cities, shopping malls and event spaces.
