What does it mean for you to win this title?

It means a lot to me and my team at ConvertSocial to win the Noonies Award, it's a validation of the hard work and dedication that I've put in as an expert in affiliate marketing. It's also an honor to be recognized among my peers in the industry.

How do you or your company intend to embrace the responsibility of this title in 2023?

In 2023, we at ConvertSocial intend to continue to focus on delivering high-quality services to aspiring and established bloggers to monetize their social media and derive the expertise from that work to share on HackerNoon.

We'll also be looking for ways to innovate and stay ahead of the curve in the industry.

What goals are you looking forward to accomplishing in 2023 (whether it be through company initiatives or your personal journey)?

In the near future, we will be launching new tools that will help ConvertSocial users find the right blends even faster and earn money for their promotion, both on desktop and mobile.

Additionally, we are preparing to expand the ConvertSocial product line and launch new solutions beyond the CPA or CPC model.

As for my personal goals, I made myself a list for 2023, where one of the goals is to improve my German language skills, and in addition to sports and hobbies, I aim to maintain balance in all areas of life.

Which trend(s) are you most excited about in 2023? Share your reason.

I'm most excited about the trend of personalization in technology. I believe that it has the potential to greatly enhance the user experience and create more meaningful connections with customers.

Additionally, I believe that being authentic and true to yourself on social media can also greatly enhance your personal brand and help you connect with customers. In today's digital age, consumers are more likely to engage with and trust brands that are transparent and authentic.

By being yourself on social media, you can build a strong personal brand that resonates with your target audience and ultimately helps you sell more effectively.

As for the trend of AI, it is becoming increasingly advanced and can now perform a wide range of tasks, from image recognition to natural language processing. It has the potential to revolutionize many industries and make our lives easier.

However, at the same time, it is also becoming increasingly powerful and has the potential to be used in a negative way. This makes it important to consider the potential ethical implications of AI and ensure that its development is guided by responsible principles.

2022 had been crazy, especially in Tech - what with layoff, web3 fraud, and AI! Which trend are you most concerned about? What solutions can you think of? Be as brief or as detailed as you like.

I'm most concerned about the trend of layoffs in the tech industry. It's important for companies to find ways to cut costs without sacrificing the well-being of their employees.

One solution could be for companies to focus on upskilling their current workforce, so they can take on new roles and responsibilities.

Share your biggest success so far and/or your biggest failure so far.

My biggest success in 2022 has been my immersion in product management. We have formed a mini team to create and test new hypotheses within our current product.

This has been a completely new and valuable experience for me and a great challenge that already implies successes and failures.

A month ago, we tested one of the hypotheses and found that it would not provide value to customers, so we wrapped it up at an early stage.

Now we are testing three more hypotheses, and I am able to participate in the process not only from the business side but also understand and manage the metrics of the product and development. It's really cool and inspiring.
