Congratulations Captain! 🎉 🎉🎉 You have won the following award/awards:

What does it mean for you to win this title?

This title signifies that I have made the correct choices in both my personal and professional journey. It also confirms the value of my endeavors to give back to the community through sharing my knowledge and experiences.

How do you or your company intend to embrace the responsibility of this title in 2023?

Having achieved this title, I now embrace a heightened sense of responsibility to maintain organization and remain current with the latest technologies and trends. Additionally, I intend to produce new articles focusing on Kotlin, Java, and other relevant technologies.

What goals are you looking forward to accomplishing in 2023 (whether it be through company initiatives or your personal journey)?

Expanding my knowledge and comprehension of Kotlin and Java and learning new technologies, approaches, frameworks, and libraries. Also, I would like to help develop new products within our company or improve the efficiency of current solutions.

Which trend(s) are you most excited about in 2023? Share your reason.

At the onset of the year, chatbots made a significant impact, reminiscent of an exploding bomb. However, I believe that we will see a lot of interesting things in 2023. The world around us is undergoing rapid development.

2022 had been crazy, especially in Tech - what with layoff, web3 fraud, and AI! Which trend are you most concerned about? What solutions can you think of? Be as brief or as detailed as you like.

I'm most concerned about the layoffs. On the one hand, this allows companies to survive difficult times. On the other hand, it slows down progress and significantly affects employees. From my perspective, the impact on the industry is not favorable.

Share your biggest success so far and/or your biggest failure so far

Our team has successfully completed the year 2022 and we have found new customers in 2023. Despite all the difficulties, we continue to move forward and for me, this is the greatest achievement.
