What does it mean for you to win this title?
This title is an acknowledgment for me that I have taken the right direction both personally and professionally. I know that people who voted for me didn’t do it randomly like “hey, he is a nice guy, let’s give him a vote”. Those people share my ideas and values.
That's why their acceptance means a lot to me and motivates me to move further.
How do you or your company intend to embrace the responsibility of this title in 2023?
Our main task is to empower digital transformation in all walks of our lives. In 2023, we will continue doing that by popularizing new technologies with our projects.
We'll do it by introducing new opportunities for our employees, users, and those who want to live in a more advanced world where everybody has equal opportunity.
These opportunities will present themselves depending on peoples' abilities, talents, and contributions to society. I hope that in 2023, my company and I can take more steps toward this goal.
What goals are you looking forward to accomplishing in 2023 (whether it be through company initiatives or your personal journey)?
Personally, I will continue working hard on my main project: SIDUS HEROES. I am using this opportunity to invite you all to check it out and join me and my team on our socials.
When it comes to more general goals, I am going to try to contribute to the faster adoption of blockchain and Web3 technologies because, in them, I see the future I would like to live in.
One that is fair, transparent, and open to anybody. I understand that we are still far off, but that’s why we are here - to make it happen.
Which trend(s) are you most excited about in 2023? Share your reason.
Web3 and metaverse. These are the technologies that will shape our future. My dream has always been to live without limitations in space; in a world where one is valued based on what he is worth mentally, emotionally, and ethically.
I understand that it sounds childish, but we should remember that the best things start with dreams. I sincerely believe that once we are ready, and we need just some techs to create such a world, Web 3 and the metaverse will be such technologies.
2022 had been crazy, especially in Tech - what with layoff, web3 fraud, and AI! Which trend are you most concerned about? What solutions can you think of? Be as brief or as detailed as you like.
It was a crazy year, but I agree that all these challenges have helped to clean the market of weak or fraudulent players or those who were here for the money without believing in the values that Web3 and blockchain deliver.
The strongest ones and those who trust in the future of Web 3 are here, and we will continue working together to make our dream happen.
Share your biggest success so far and/or your biggest failure so far.
I consider the fact that I have managed to create a team for the SIDUS HEROES project my biggest success. I wanted it to be a top project in the market and thus, the best specialists were needed.
It took a lot of effort, but in the end, here it is - the SIDUS HEROES team, the best team I’ve ever worked with.
The biggest failure? Didn’t manage to participate in all major conferences. During such events, I find a lot of useful contacts and meet people who have the same values and views as me. I consider missing a conference a loss.

I love HackerNoon! I know that here, my publications are introduced to people who share common ideas and goals with me. We are all working on world transformation to make it a better place to work, rest, and make our lives more meaningful.

Any words of wisdom you’d like to share with us?
Make a difference in the world - this is the idiom I have been following. We work in a rapidly changing world, and it is up to us how it is going to move. At the moment, I see that we can improve it greatly, and I hope that my company and I will contribute to these improvements.
