“Knowing your power

is what creates

Humility.

Not knowing your power

is what creates insecurity.” — Anonymous

A junior at our dojo today upon graduation shared about having self-doubt throughout her university life. I reflected and said to her, that humility is a good starting point. “You’ve got a great start.”

I always believe sincerity and intention in one’s practice in the dojo and in life should be your guiding post. You can never go wrong. You can never be blindsided by ego.

“What you love

you empower

What you fear

you empower

What you empower

you attract.” — Anonymous
