TLDR John Van Stry is suing Travis McCrea, the former operator of eBook.bike, for copyright violations. The former Pirate Party leader has been fighting McCrea since March 2019. The case to date has cost him $60,000 with less than half of that being covered by donations. Van Stries claims that McCrea is trying to bankrupt him by ignoring everything and everybody.
