Injustice Movie Revealed

The DC animated film, Batman: The Long Halloween Part 2, is set to release on Blu-Ray on July 27. In anticipation of this film’s release, DC revealed the box art for the movie and a list of bonus features that will be included. According to CBR, one of the features revealed was “A Sneak Peek at the next DC Animated Movie - Injustice.”
Although DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Animation, the production teams responsible for DC’s animated movies, haven’t come out and explained that this is an adaption of the video game story, it’s pretty difficult to think this could be anything else.

Injustice Movie Plot Predictions

Everyone knows the story of the Justice League: they’re the good guys that always manage to beat out the villains just in the nick of time. Well, Injustice takes that concept and turns it upside down on its head. In the first game, Superman is driven to kill the Joker after he is tricked into detonating a bomb that destroys Metropolis, and is also tricked into killing his pregnant wife.
From there, Superman becomes dictator of Earth and forms a regime filled with former superheroes and villains alike to make the planet peaceful, no matter how ruthless they have to be. Meanwhile, Batman becomes the leader of a rebellion as he tries to take down Superman and his regime.
The story is great and it’s easy to see that DC and its audience loves it as well. A video game sequel was released in 2017, and several Injustice comic book series have been released. So, it looks like Injustice is still going full speed since its release back in 2013, and we can’t wait to see the sneak peek for the film.
