TLDR
Mark Nadal has day dreams of vibrantly detailed SciFi universes, full of unique never-imagined before creatures, cities, societies, economies, and ecosystems. His day job is instead stuck writing nuanced code, but getting it to reliably scale for tens of millions of users to do their cat video thing is, well, the less glorious “one small step” for humankind.
