In three recent Nevada court filings, a Las Vegas tech startup has filed lawsuits against two former staffers and a known professional paid agitator. According to these lawsuits, Yanni Tassev, Jonathan Garman, David Hernandez, and Gordon Gossage are among those accused of wrongdoing.
Are these new lawsuits related to disgraced “Yanni Tassev” who was also sued by the company for wrongdoing?
In shocking revelations, Jonathan Garman, a former controller of the company is accused in a lawsuit of disclosing confidential information. Garman had access to and left digital fingerprints in most areas of the company's records. The lawsuit alleges that he gleefully told co-workers what he was doing and shared that he had discovered staff personal information including home addresses. The company became aware of the situation when Garman's co-workers reported his behavior to management.
David Hernandez, another former employee of the company, was named as a defendant in a separate lawsuit. Amongst other breaches of professional decency, it is alleged that Hernandez furtively took screenshots of his co-workers' computers while working for the company. The lawsuit describes Hernandez unleashing an incoherent texting tirade at his former co-workers for sharing confidential information. The middle-of-the-night tirades lasted approximately two weeks according to sources.
At some point during this time period, the lawsuit alleges that Gordon Gossage, who has been described as a professional paid agitator from Reno, Nevada and Boston, Massachusetts contacted possibly thousands of people associated with the company including customers, investors, and staff making wild accusations about the company’s business practices. According to a medium article, Gossage has a history as a paid troll for hire.
Are these bad actors conspiring with Yanni Tassev who it is believed fled the country? The former customer service employee is accused of befriending and then conning prospective investors into buying imaginary shares, stealing the money, and then fleeing the country. Did Yanni Tassev who improperly recorded staff meetings and conversations conspire with Garman and Hernadez?

According to a number of furtive group texts and other digital communications, the answer may well indeed be yes. Tassev who liked to refer to the cabal as well as others who assist him as "useful idiots", may have trained the group, with reference to burner phones and other secret- squirrel type references in the oftentimes bizarre covert communications.
The company also has claims pending against former employee, Gregory Ehlers, in the Eighth Judicial District Court for Clark County, Nevada. Ehlers is accused in the lawsuit of violating his NDA and spreading false information regarding the company’s finances.
When reached for comment, the company disclosed they are conducting an independent internal forensic investigation with a national well-respected auditing firm and that informants within the group may be sharing details of their activities. They also sent a facepalm emoji.
