Components of Virality ?

1. Carrier & Rewards —

Existing customers can embody a Brand or Product, create imprints in their network.

Reward for existing users to carry or share in their network can be —

  • Monetary — Cashbacks, Discounts, Freebies etc. (e.g. Uber Invite code)
  • Virtual Power — Coins, Glorified or Gamification etc
  • Network or Connectivity — Boosts Connectivity, Mutually Beneficial (e.g. FB, Whatsapp)
  • Bragging in Network — Satiates Human Internally (e.g. Swarmapp)

Reward pitch should have Instant Gratification & Urgency to share.

2. Network & Pollen Unit —

Existing user’s networks, prefer mediums where prospects can be more.

Pollen unit can be a post url , promo code, labeled images(prisma) etc. Easy to share in specific networks.

3. Rewards to Activate New User —

Message & Pollen unit should be designed to activate prospects, experience the basic value proposition of product or brand.
