TLDR Allure Bridals and Justin Alexander design and manufacture wedding dresses are suing Cloudflare for copyright infringement after it failed to terminate service to 99 'repeat infringer' websites. Plaintiffs claim they sent 7,000 DMCA complaints to the CDN company but they failed to take more meaningful action. The companies claim that they sent several thousand infringement notifications over the past three years which included the URLs of pages on the allegedly infringing sites where unlicensed images were being used. The majority are hosted on servers in China, other locations in South East Asia, or on offshore servers that advertise their non-compliance with U.S. copyright laws.via the TL;DR App
