It seems clear that the world is going to be different after the Covid19 crisis is over, but it behooves us to make sure it’s a good different. Businesses large and small are facing so many headwinds that we desperately need to cut loose some of our anchors to offset. The biggest cultural challenge is to really buy into transparency as a core value, but its often missed that transparency needs to be paired with trust in order to be effective.
