Under $20 USD, you can get your hands on fantastic standalone VR experiences, such as Blade & Sorcery or Hot Dogs, Horseshoes, & Hand Grenades. Under $10, you can cheat a little by getting Garry's Mod or PAYDAY 2, games that have unofficial and official VR support, respectively.
