Too Long; Didn't Read

As William Shakespeare once said, "Reputation is an idle and most false imposition; oft got without merit and lost without deserving." In other words, our reputation and the way others perceive us are often based on arbitrary standards and don't necessarily reflect who we truly are. In this blog post, we'll explore the scientific and psychological benefits of embracing our inner foolishness and why it's important to let our hair down and be a little bit silly every now and then. A little bit of silliness brings laughter, smiles, and humor and secrete feel-good hormones that can make us feel more connected with people around us. Silliness may not cure all of life's ills, but it sure does make us smile. And in a world where seriousness is often imposed upon us, a smile can be a powerful tool for survival.
