When you hear the word feedback, what do you feel?Defensiveness?Uncertainty?Anxiety? Anxiety? The trick is to use ♦️diamonds♦️ to give positive feedback to colleagues. The SBIR Framework defines the structure of how to deliver positive feedback. You need to explain the situation, the specific behavior, and how it directly affected you. You have two types: Heart-shaped positive feedback that expresses a general feeling. Diamond-shaped feedback is specific. It shows the impact it had on you AND includes the details that make it memorable.
