Too Long; Didn't Read
As a child, I loved going to the car dealership with my dad. I was fascinated by the car buying process. The salesman would write down a number, my dad would hem and haw, write down a lower number, the salesperson would disappear for a few minutes to go “talk to his manager”, then come back with a higher number, then my dad would get up to leave, and then they would chase him back from the parking lot and the process started over.
