My journey with JavaScript started way back in 1997 with Netscape Navigator 3. Back then you couldn’t do much with it. <strong>The coolest use of JavaScript was to create mouseovers</strong>. At the time, that was some high tech 💩. Being able to change content on the page by just hovering. mind blown. This was all pre-DHTML BTW, so you couldn’t even hide / show DOM elements. It was still oh so magical.
