Too Long; Didn't Read

Most of us spend too much time on what is urgent and not enough time on the important. I follow a very simple and perhaps commonly known model. It has 4 quadrants that look something like this. Urgent and Important (Do it first thing), Urgent but not urgent (Do not do it) Not important not urgent, (These are things that can eat dust) And, that’s it. Follow the prioritisation with all honesty and you will be much happier.
