We think this process look like this. bootstrapping But Pocket shared with us that it’s not always the case. A diversified team of tech, business and design/product people just don’t do it for the money. Sometimes they do it because they like the challenge, they truly believe in what you are trying to create and want to jump into something that will change the world. So how can you do this starting RIGHT NOW? Join hackathons (here’s one in ) Singapore Join different Slack Communities (here’s my favourite where I’ve meet some of my team!) Focus Asia Find someone good enough for just now. Build rapport with people to get them excited. Some things to think about: What kind of Option Pool are you looking at? 10%-15% or 15%-20% How will you implement a Vetting System? 6 months or 2–3 years Keep Going, You Got THIS!
