For example, someone looking to hire can use the app to adjust the search filters listing the available dishwashers and cooks that meet the filtered settings and find people meeting their criteria instantly. Management can then review candidate profiles which list work history and experience replacing traditional outdated resumés and applications. Work can then be directly offered to the candidate of their liking and get that shift covered within minutes. Similarly, a hospitality worker can open the app and start accepting shift work that matches their desired hourly rate and find work instantly. We want to offer features where a business can fully staff their whole restaurant, bar, event, stadium, or any other hospitality industry business in just a few clicks.
