Ali Halabi moved to Istanbul in 2013 to solve the city's massive traffic problem. His first startup was an on-demand carpooling service, but it failed, never achieving product-market fit. Since launching in 2017 the company has achieved over $7.5M in funding. Ali shares the trials he faced on his journey, as well as actionable advice that any entrepreneur could benefit from.
