Nobody has the precise idea how huge ETH.TOWN will be, so the price of such characters is unpredictable. Therefore, we just sell them to the highest bidders in an open auction. Ethereum The winner of each auction also gets a bonus of Investor Tokens proportional to the final price. 2) Floor Crowdsale The Tower houses a lot of floors. Each one is unique, it’s hand-crafted by our talented artists and has unique features. The DAO Hacker’s floor is on sale now. Crypto Each floor has an owner. In this section of the presale, everyone has the ability to pre-purchase a piece of the DAO Hacker’s floor and own it when the game is released. The floor ownership comes with all the regular perks per floor rules (which aren’t disclosed before the launch, sorry), and our unique game mechanics ensure you will get a return with profit on top. There’s a catch though: you can’t put more than 1 ETH in. It’s supposed to be a crowd sale, not a single person or two buying out the entire floor, there would be no fun in that. Same here, each portion of the floor comes with a bonus of Investor Tokens, much more than you’ll be getting in the game. 3) Level 7 characters. These aren’t as cool as the stars, but you can have them right here and right now. We’ll be selling these at prices from 40% to 80% of what will be their effective price in the game. Why “effective price”? Because you won’t actually be able to just buy them for Ether or upgrade with Ether, this option is only available at the presale. The price will start from the lowest in range and rise with each character sold. These are not unique like the Stars are, they are still hard to come by. In the game, you’d need to both win an auction, and then spend Investor Tokens and time to raise one similar to these. Here, they are come ready to play with. If you buy 3 characters or more, you get added to a draw where 3 Dice genes will be distributed. This means one of the characters could get the “Dice gene”. Owners of characters with this gene will be getting revenue from the Dice mini-game. The usual bonus of Investor Tokens is included with each purchase. 4) Special offer: Custom Character Not content with having just a random character? We can craft your very own unique character. It can be you, your friend, your boss, your mom. It can’t be a celebrity (unless you are that celebrity). Buy at least 5 Level-7 characters, and we’ll make one for you! To use this offer, send us the picture and transaction ID to face@eth.town. 5) Even more special offer: Custom Floor Normally it’s just up to us to decide what floors in the tower look like and who inhabits them. However, there’s one spot reserved for someone who wants to have their company featured! If you are up to having your own floor in the game, let us know at omg@eth.town to get a quote. This will be a private auction. TOKENS BONUSES With each of the options, when you make a purchase, you’ll get BOTH the item and a certain amount ( ) of Investor Tokens as well. This will be the only avenue where you can actually get tokens by paying Ether for now, although indirectly. 200 Tokens for each Ether spent The Tokens are very cool to have especially at the early game stage, because the way the game works, , and there’s . Token holders automatically get a from each closed deal, and can use the tokens to pay for items, which are not sold for any other currency. For instance, the characters: you can’t buy or upgrade them with Ether, only for tokens. you will never be able to just buy them no way to get a lot after the launch revenue share Let’s say we do achieve the 100K ETH turnover in Week 1. Assuming that investors get a 2% share (more in most cases), there will be a 2K ETH investor profit pool for distribution. If during the presale we sell for example 400 ETH worth of items, it will mean each 200 tokens (what you get when you spend 1 ETH) will yield around 5 ETH by the end of the first week of gameplay.
