Salesforce has released a video series explaining how to build Slack Apps. The Slack Starter Kit and Bolt are designed to make Slack Apps that integrate with Salesforce data. In this first post, we’ll go through the SDK and set up your development environment for future work! Part 1: Getting Going with the Starter Kit. Part 1 shows how to use Slack to create an application that allows users to view and change Salesforce records—entirely in Slack. Part 2: Create a Slack App. Part 3: Set the name of the App to SFDCContactEditor and choose a workspace where it can be installed.
