Too Long; Didn't Read

11 years ago, Laszlo Hanyecz paid 10,000 bitcoins for two slices of pizza after 48 hours of posting on the popular Bitcointalk Forum that he is willing to part with that amount for two Pizzas. That singular transaction is now what we celebrate as Bitcoin Pizza Day. In a typical world like ours, trust remains the biggest transaction cost. Bitcoin can be inherently exchanged for goods, the hardcore attribute of anything that seeks to act as a medium of exchange. It doesn't matter how much of it is transferred into your wallet and never lose your private keys.
