Agile is a combination of frameworks that are based on the values set in the Agile Manifesto. Scrum is the most popular Agile framework, but that may not necessarily be Scrum. Agile fosters the “just do it” approach and welcomes change along the way. In contrast, Waterfall, the opposite of Agile, requires in-depth planning for you to hit the ground running.
