I love GitHub, but their interface for code reviews and pull requests needs some work. So instead of just complaining, here’s a <a href="https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/github-pull-request-tree/nfhdjopbhlggibjlimhdbogflgmbiahc" target="_blank">Chrome Extension</a> that adds a file tree view to pull requests as well as sticky file headers:
