Roche holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and an honorary Doctor of Science from the University of Limerick in Ireland. He began his career at ADI in 1988, progressively gaining responsibility over his tenure. Roche was promoted to President of ADI in 2012, accountable for all R&D, sales, marketing, and business development. In 2013, he was made CEO and managed to increase the company's market capitalization by over $70 billion by September 2021. Roche sets Analog Devices’ strategic vision and oversees operational execution across the business.
