There is an approach to technology adoption/use that is efficient and competitive, but it relies on upfront investment in thinking, simplification and communication. I try to work from a philosophical outlook of 'intelligent laziness', a cornerstone of which is to communicate technology in accessible language. This, I believe, increases participation and thereby, the likelihood of synergy and serendipity.
