I work at the intersection of people, processes, and technology to help build SaaS platforms that are reliable, user-friendly, and secure. Over the past 4 years, my experience has spanned SaaS development, usability testing, and project coordination. In that time, I’ve: Supported the design of roadmaps that guided a SaaS platform from early versions toward multitenancy. Helped improve QA and release processes by creating acceptance criteria, dashboards, and incident handling frameworks. Worked with engineers on security-related practices, such as API exposure, secrets management, and role-based access control. Participated in discussions on observability (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry) and automation for project reporting. My background comes mainly from startup environments, where I learned to adapt quickly, step into different responsibilities, and keep delivery moving
