Rodriguez graduated from Christopher Columbus High School (Miami-Dade County) in 1982 and went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University. He is also a member of the Business Roundtable, the Economic Club of New York, and the American Heart Association CEO Roundtable. Rodriguez has worked for ADP since 1999, when the firm acquired Vincam. Under his leadership, the company has accelerated its transition from payroll processor to HCM innovator, leveraging its vast workforce data and technology investments to design a better workplace experience.
