To solve a problem, you first need to understand the problem, and leverage it to do great things. To understand complex systems, treating them like a black-box is a terrible idea. Here, we dissect the system, get into its internals and figure out why things weren’t working, or how the system works. The main aim is to build an accurate-enough-enough model that behaves the same way the system behaves, given the same input, the same model.
