Just when we think of how advanced technology today is, some creative and brilliant minds, in some part of the world, come up with yet another innvoation that is mind boggling.
I would like to share 5 really cool innovations that are the result of some crazy minds across the world ,that I came to know of myself not very long back, and will surely make you wonder.
A sexy and stylish purse with an inbuilt charger for your phone. MightyPurse is an HButler innovation which has a range of amazing wallets and clutches for women, and with chargers that can be used for micro USB smartphones and iPhone.
This technology is fused with fashion and has indeed made a strong impact on the market. The center pocket contains the charging cable, and all you have to do is plug into a usb port inside. The purse too needs to be charged so you could make use of it for charging the phone. It has an LED battery level indicator that is active when charging either purse or, your phone inside the purse. HButler has also come up with their new smart product — Orbit, a small round button like object, which when attached to any object , say house or car keys, can help track it so it doesn’t get lost.
So if you are out almost the whole day and don’t really find charging points near you, and of course carrying a smartphone with a battery that drains quite quickly, and not to forget, to also add to your fashion quotient, you now know what to buy.
2. Smart Gloves
Smart Gloves that converts hand gestures into relevant text, invented by Saudi designer and media artist Hadeel Ayoub. As of now , she has come up with three prototypes, and a computer application for displaying the signed words and phrases on a small screen, and has advanced in her approach with each one becoming thinner, lighter, and faster. She is looking forward to adding more features in her next prototype like a sync with mobile app, so it could also be used to send emails, and translation into multiple languages. She hopes to make her invention reach everyone across the globe with Wifi features, and from anywhere. The fourth prototype is estimated to cost around US $386 .
It is amazing that she is working to make the world a better place, for the crippled who will not feel left out anymore with the smart gloves.
3.Invisible Bicycle Helmet- HÖVDING
The main reason we prefer to not wear helmets is because it spoils our hair or makes us look kind of ugly. This innovation, by two Swedish women, Teresa Alstin and Anna Haupt, is inflatable, and seems very practical. It looks like a scarf worn around the neck and so it just looks like another part of clothing and does not spoil our look. On detecting abnormal neck movements which usually happen before an accident, it blows up into an airbag and provides the best shock absorption. So all the cyclists reading this, you guys have a new thing to show off , apart from your cycling skills.
HÖVDING is a perfect blend of safety with style.
4.Scentee
Scentee is a smartphone attachment which works with a Japanese app Scentee, that is meant for sending aromas with messages. The external device consists of slots for cartridges of various scents. A range of cartidges are available ranging from floral and fruity scents to soup, bacon and even curry. You can also set a signature scent. The attachment has to be plugged into the smartphones’s headphone’s port. This comes into use if you tend to wake up with a smell, specially bacon or coffee. So you can set a smell for your alarm or also have fun sending your friend a text with an aroma. The Scentee app is available on playstore as well as app store in Japan and US and the attachment too is available as of now in only these countries.

5.Lily Flying Camera
This one is my favourite. As the name suggests, it flies, so all you got to do is turn the device on and throw it in the air. It is basically a small quadcopter that gets activated by a wearable , which also controls other actions. A mobile app for the same can be used. It weighs around 1.3 kg so you can carry it in your backpack. As you throw it in the air, its motors will start kicking on their own. Ideal time for its flight is 20 min. It has 4GB internal space for photos and videos and slots for external microSD cards. It has a built-in mic to include audio with the videos shot.

It can also float on water. It is aimed at getting a perfect shot. Very useful for those who go on trips and holidays often and places where it is difficult to shoot with a camera in hand. Incredible product for travel enthusiasts and party people who can shoot 360 degrees of their craziness. The Lily Camera won’t start shipping until February 2016. But after that you will surely be a proud owner.
Do watch this video, it ll make you fall in love with this innvoation and you’d want to own a Lily cam now :P
