Too Long; Didn't Read

Scott Middleton Scott is the CEO and founder of Terem, Australia’s leading tech product development firm. He says MoSCoW - Must Have, Should Have, Could Have, Won’t Have - is not appropriate for product development work. He argues that the word 'must' conveys a level of certainty that doesn't exist in reality. In practice it takes a binary view of the world, it's either must have or you don't do it. The words themselves are useless or, at best, and the word must itself is misleading and dangerous.
