JENOVA is a revolutionary platform in the Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) space. It operates independently or in collaboration with existing tools and is fully integrated with sensors, machines, and other software to optimize internal processes. JENOVA leverages a wide range of Artificial Intelligence (AI) processes to automate administrative tasks, reduce dead stock, minimize production waste, optimize production scheduling, and much more.
What sets JENOVA apart is its unique ability to integrate with AI systems such as those of OpenAI (like ChatGPT, Davinci, etc.) among others, providing data interpretation and business-specific graph creation. It is a rapid solution to get specific answers to any type of KPI, any indicator that needs to be obtained, and even to get future predictions specific to your business. This is the AI revolution, and JENOVA is leading the way.
My name is Pedro Lima, and I am passionate about entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation. I currently own MAIDOT, a software development company with over 20 years of experience in the market. Here, we build custom web platforms, fully integrated online stores, and facilitate integration between different platforms, both online and offline.
I love tackling each project as something unique. I take on each new challenge as if it was my own project and always strive to ensure that every client, like myself, is proud of the work delivered.
JENOVA is disrupting the traditional manufacturing industry by integrating AI into its operations, something that has been largely exclusive to major players in the market such as Deltek, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, etc. The difference is that JENOVA makes these AI solutions available in a simple and accessible way to small and medium-sized factories, something that has been lacking in the market.
JENOVA's disruption is not just in the integration of AI but also in how it is used. It centralizes processes, manages multi-level Bill-of-Materials (BoM), inventory, production, budgeting, HR, equipment maintenance, and more. It employs formulas as simple as those used in an Excel file to create a true BoM, taking into account all possible conditions for virtually any industry. It aims to automate processes that ultimately reduce costs and increase profit margins.
JENOVA stands out from the crowd through its unique combination of AI integration, simplicity, and adaptability. It offers automated suggestions to improve processes in production, HR, inventory, and even sales. It allows real-time tracking, learning how the business works to suggest different process improvements. It is fully integrated with other software or sensors and can virtually integrate with everything imaginable.
Additionally, unlike many complex and expensive platforms in the market, JENOVA prioritizes ease of use and speed. It's designed to be highly customizable and adaptable to virtually any process, catering to any needs. Its main goal is not just to provide a service, but to evolve with the nearly exponential growth of AI methods, staying at the forefront of innovation.
As artificial intelligence and technology continue to evolve, the manufacturing industry is poised to undergo transformative changes in 2023. One of the key areas we believe will define the industry's trajectory is the adoption and expansion of digital manufacturing. With the pandemic serving as a wake-up call, the shift towards digital manufacturing tools has become not only desirable but mission-critical. This transition to digital manufacturing is likely to reach a tipping point in 2023, with the integration of AI and other digital tools into manufacturing processes becoming a differentiating factor for companies in the industry.
Moreover, we foresee an increase in outsourced manufacturing as companies strive to focus on their core competencies and reduce operating costs. This trend is supported by data, and it is likely that more companies will outsource some, if not all, of their production in the coming year.
The word that best defines the state of manufacturing in 2023 is "agility". With a world that is more unpredictable than ever, manufacturing companies must be agile in their approach to supply chain management. Disruptions to the supply chain, whether due to global events like the pandemic or natural disasters, are becoming the norm rather than the exception. Therefore, successful companies will be those that are able to implement strategic, proactive contingency plans and diversify their supplier base to navigate these challenges. Being agile also extends to the ability to adopt new technologies and shift towards digital manufacturing, allowing companies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Participating in HackerNoon's Startup of the Year awards represents a valuable opportunity for us to showcase the innovative solutions we've developed to address the evolving needs of the manufacturing industry. We believe in the power of our Jenova MOM platform to simplify and optimize manufacturing processes, and we are excited to share our work with a wider audience. Additionally, being part of this award gives us the chance to learn from other startups and industry leaders, fostering an environment of mutual growth and innovation.
In conclusion, 2023 is set to be a landmark year for the manufacturing industry, with agility becoming the defining trait of successful companies. As we navigate the evolving landscape, our focus remains on delivering innovative solutions that meet the industry's changing needs. Through platforms like the Jenova MOM, we aim to leverage the power of AI and digital tools to help manufacturing businesses optimize their processes, become more efficient, and ultimately, more profitable. Participating in the HackerNoon's Startup of the Year awards is a testament to our commitment to innovation and our confidence in the value that our solutions bring to the industry. As we look to the future, we are excited to continue pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the manufacturing industry.
