#MobileDebugging Writing Contest: Here’s Your Writing Prompt:

Write about a time when you struggled (and later triumphed) to identify a bug or performance issue in your mobile application and the steps you took to ultimately solve the problem.

Some ideas to help you get started: ​

1. Do you remember those support tickets from customers writing in to report their application crashing or freezing?
2. Was it right after a new release?
3. Were you notified by a monitoring tool?
4. Did a problem arise from a 3rd party library?
5. Did a problem occur when receiving an unexpected HTTP response? ​

The Mobile Debugging Writing Contest Rules & Guidelines

• Must be 18+ to enter.​
• Story content can be any original story on #MobileDebugging. OR
• Write about a time when you struggled (and later, triumphed!) to identify a bug or performance issue in your web application, mobile application, or game and the steps you took to ultimately solve the problem.
• Must create a HackerNoon account, as winners will be contacted via email.​

How Long Will the Contest Run?​

The contest will run for 6 months starting from December 1st.

• Round 1: December 1 - December 31, 2022
• Round 2: January 1 - Jan 31, 2023
• Round 3: February 1 - February 28, 2023
• Round 4: March 1 - March 31, 2023
• Round 5: April 1 - April 31, 2023
• Round 6: May 1 - May 31, 2023
